Very disappointing experience. I booked a carpenter service expecting a qualified professional with the proper tools and skills required for the job. However, the technician arrived without several basic tools that a carpenter should normally carry, which immediately raised concerns about his expertise. The work involved only a simple shelf installation, yet the pricing was completely unreasonable. The app initially showed ₹298, but the technician first demanded ₹500 and then increased it to ₹600 while leaving, without any clear explanation. What was most frustrating was the feeling that the technician was taking advantage of the customer's immediate need for the repair. Instead of charging a fair and reasonable amount for a small job, he appeared to be exploiting the situation to demand more money. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, overpriced, and misleading.
