I had a very disappointing experience with Urban Company. I booked a furniture assembly service for the evening, but the assigned technician refused to come and only informed me about it almost an hour after the scheduled appointment time. The service had to be rescheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve. The technician who arrived the next day did not seem to know how to assemble the furniture correctly and ended up doing it the wrong way. I actually had to step in and help him complete the assembly myself. I expected a trained professional, but the service was neither reliable nor satisfactory.
