Mr. Mangesh didn't even arrive at location some third party person did the service who had installation M2 purifier only twice before mine. Nevertheless since it was new engineer he damaged my wall. Service engineer took 8-10 days and several complaints and followups.

We received the product of 20th and the same day our old machine was taken. The UC rep came to install the new machine after 5 days so we were without any water purifier for 5 days which was really bad. The installation time should be reduced to 24hrs after delivery of new machine
