Hi, The service technician informed me that a connector and a cap were required for the installation. He went to a local hardware shop and purchased the parts shown in the attached picture. I gave him ₹200 for these parts. However, those parts turned out to be completely unnecessary because the kit already included a connector valve. The technician could have simply used that existing valve to connect directly to the wall outlet and complete the installation. In the end, he didn't use the parts he bought from outside and completed the installation with the kit-provided components. I had expected a more professional approach from an Urban Company technician, as I believe they are properly trained. I actually intended to give him a tip for the service, but since ₹200 was wasted unnecessarily, I decided not to.
