Hi Urban Company Team, I booked the Classic Bathroom Cleaning service, but I am not satisfied with the quality of cleaning provided. The cleaning was not done properly. I had to repeatedly tell the staff what needed to be cleaned. The cleaning was not neat or professional. I was charged an extra ₹300 for “Intense Cleaning,” yet even the shower tap was left uncleaned. Several areas in the bathroom were still left dirty, especially the spots we could not notice at that moment. It should be the responsibility of your team to thoroughly clean the entire bathroom without the customer having to constantly point out missed areas. Unfortunately, the places we did not personally check were simply left untouched.
