I am quite disappointed with the overall experience. Initially, my service was scheduled for Saturday. However, the professional called to delay the appointment by two hours and later informed me that he couldn’t come at all, asking to reschedule for Sunday. On Sunday, he confirmed an 8:00 AM visit. I called him at 8:00 AM, and he said he would arrive in 30 minutes. From 8:30 to 9:30, he was unresponsive, and when I finally reached him, he said he would be there in 15 minutes. After several follow-ups, he eventually arrived around 10:30 AM. Once the cleaning started, he completed the bathroom and then left for about an hour before resuming work. As for the cleaning quality—it was just average. I had booked an intense cleaning service, but the results were no different from a regular basic cleaning done at home. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service provided.
