Hazel is a hardworking and very friendly professional. However, during the last two visits I noticed that some things were not cleaned thoroughly. For example, a few dishes were still dirty when they were placed back in the kitchen cabinet, and some areas (such as storage shelves, door handles, and small drawers) were left uncleaned while others were done. I hope she can continue improving her attention to detail, as she is otherwise very pleasant and dedicated.
