السلام عليكم اسعد الله بالخير والسعادة انا اول مرة اتعامل معاكم وكانت الخدمة صدمة جدا بداية ً بوصول العامل السباك في الوقت المناسب ولكن لا يجيد اللغة العربية ولا الانجليزية ولا يجيد اساسيات السباكة.كان المطلوب استبدال شطاف الحمام بشطاف جديد ولكن تم اتلاف الجديد + تم طلب تعديل الموزع في المروش وتم اتلاف المروش.استغرق العمل اكثر من ٣ ساعات مساء يوم الخميس "ضاعت سهرت عطلة نهاية الأسبوع على العائلة و بدون اصلاح المشكلة " ولكم خالص التحية والاحترام
