No application of primer over putty anywhere. My kitchen paint job was undertaken by a UC advisor as a fresh paint job. When painting work started they asked for an upfront payment of Rs 2000/ which I paid. When the work started, they told me they will complete my paint work in two working day and asked for permission for working till 10:30 pm for which I agree. After application of wall putty they forgot to put primer and even the supervisor was completely clueless. Even after sanding of walls and a fresh coat of putty, they again forgot or deliberately miss coat of primer. They completed paint job in 3 days, for which I am not holding them accountable as it was now it is start of the winter season so walls take time to get completely dry but forgetting of doing the job properly is a serious mistake as they claim to provide you a complete professional job. Anyways I paid another Rs 4500/ for my kitchen. I don't recommend UC painting services as they don't provide quality services and after job cleaning of surface and switchboard etc is abysmal. Local painters/berger/Asian are better bet.

The painting work which was estimated to be completed in 8days took 16days, because of frequent changes of the painters and supervisors. They did care about our time, few days painters are coming at 1pm, some days they didn't even turn up and don't even inform. Advertisment says pay after the service but they want all the money in advance.
