Native M1 water purifier installed at my home, and overall the experience was smooth and satisfactory. The technician arrived on time and was well-behaved and professional throughout the process. The installation was completed efficiently without any unnecessary delay. The technician explained the working of the purifier clearly, including how to operate it, maintenance tips, and when to change filters. All my questions were answered patiently. The installation area was kept clean, and proper care was taken while fitting the unit. The purifier is working perfectly, and the water quality has been good so far.
