He cleaned bathroom at the first attempt but just while using aftwards I found my drain was broken But for cleaning job done superb

The cleaning had been considerably good , although a couple of places on the floor and wall still had the stains.he had mentioned that 100% of the stains may not go away. But because the work was done in a locked bathroom, I was not able to take a look at what products and apparatus he was using. I think he did not use the machine with which the floor and walls stains go away (as shown in the app video). I insisted him to use that and he kept saying that though he has the machine, but it is a plastic product and will not be useful in this case. Had it been the case that only manual work will be done with chemicals, then I could have opted for the classic cleaning, Rs100 cheaper. (2) next issue is, he used dome chemical to clean the taps because of which my newly installed metal basin tap has now turned blackish in place of steel colour due to some chemical reaction. This was a big damage. (3) Even bigger damage was he scrubbed off the putty or m seal coating at the basin outlet, which is why my bathroom is now flooding with water whenever the basin is being used. So now I have to call a plumber and stop the water from falling inside the bathroom. This calls for another Rs250 charge which could be avoided if the UC cleaner had been expert enough in his work. Now who is going to pay for the extra work that needs to be done?moreover, I booked UC cleaning because I have guests coming to my home today and it is a harassment that no one will be able to use the basin.
