Urban Company had informed me of a charge of ₹534/-, but the plumber charged an extra ₹630/-, making it ₹1164/- for repairs of just two taps. For this price, I could buy two taps! Moreover, I was in the office and the plumber himself handed over a rough bill to my daughter. What should I do? I've been using Urban Company for the last 4-5 years, but this is the first time I feel cheated. Very bad impression.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with UC partners. This person is rude, unprofessional, arrogant and absolutely pathetic. He arrived late, was extremely rude and arrogant about it. Didn't even do any consult (for which I had already paid) and left. I would request UC to not hire such people and give us such horrible experience.
