As per the UC app, the Gas burners were supposed to be cleaned by steam and I have paid Rs 358 for the same. The technician has told that, the UC has not provided him the steam machines. This is not expected. Kindly clarify. My question is, if I am paying for some specific service (deep cleaning with steam), then why the service has not been provided to me?

Company policy regarding the gas oven cleaning and servicing is extremely substandard. The below or under portion of oven were not even checked and cleaned . One of burner is jammed , the policy says it can be open for that a customer again has to book paid repair service. Please don't make fool to the customer, if the company has gone up for the customer then the reverse won't take too long
