Dhiraj did an excellent job. Thank you very much for your work!! Extremely polite and compassionate person! He understood the situation and did the best! We were in a tough situation where our big hydraulic bed part was not able to enter through the main door. He helped to divide it into two parts in the best way as asked by us (he was extra careful while doing it). Then attach them together after bringing them inside the home. He also helped to shift those heavy weight parts!!

Professional came and told me he has short time in hand and he needs to catch a train because of which he might not be able to finish the work!!! I was shocked at that since as a customer I never expected half work to be done by an Urban Company professional. He stared his argument with this. Then he continued harassing me by charging Rs. 400 extra stating that he will not perform the job if I don’t increase the amount. It was a simple cupboard assembly with nothing complicated in it. It wasn’t a complicated wardrobe but a simple kitchen cupboard. I was already charged Rs. 600 for the same. This guy came and said it will need to be increased to Rs1500. After bargain it got settled at Rs1000. Not only that, he also had issues with cleaning the space after work. This guy created one after the other problematic situations for me throughout the service. I would never recommend his service to any customer. He also had arrived late. Extremely unprofessional, greedy and argumentative!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
