The technician broke a golden rim of the fan which gave the fans a classic look. He almost didn't mention about it till I asked him. Hr tried to hide the matter. When I told him that it is looking odd without the golden ring... He only said... "This is for decoration and nothing else" to which I said.. Obviously I kno that it is for decoration and this is my drawing/sitting room.. I need a decorative fan. He seemed to be unmoved. The dial of the fan also had several scratches that means he must have not handled the fan with care when he took it with him laat evening when he came during the prebooked time. He is otherwise a nice guy .. A little distracted with checking out members of my family. After speaking on the call after he left.. He has promised to replace the golden ring in3-4 days... But I don't want him to come to my house when I am not around since he seems little nosy. Improvement required with taking social responsibility and confessing to mistakes by technician.
