My AC was making some noise so I decided to go for Noise repair service along with my regular servicing. However, the representative kept asking several questions over call before coming like what is the issue and whether he can come early. I agreed and explained my issue in detail which I think would have done after he had visited for the service. He was so clueless that even after explaining most of my issues on call, he was confused whether I have made a booking for two separate services for one single ac or one service for two different ACs which I think is very unprofessional. After inspection, he told me that the noise was due to heavy dirt and for that he will require a whole bamboo ladder setup (the kind used in construction of buildings) and the repair service will happen only after providing him that setup which will cost me more than Rs. 4000-5000. I don't think he has much experience in the job which is being allotted to him. Normal ac service was fine but he cannot do any repairs.
