They initiated the refund which was good and transferred the service for the AC checkup and repair to someone else for tomorrow. I don’t know why they said that there is no gas without even checking the gas. And even I don’t know why they said the outdoor unit is not working properly because after they left I checked it once again and the outdoor unit was working perfectly. It’s a request Urban Company please do not hire unexperienced people for the job.
