Didn't cleaned the tiles properly, even though the description specifically says scrubbing tiles and grouting also the company didn't provide him with competent products for cleaning for example the floor and tile cleaner was not used by the guy saying they were weak and won't clean properly and i had to buy those yellow acid bottles for cleaning.
