I have never come across such a professional with so much attitude. First of all, UC is showing that deep cleaning of Chimney will be carried out by Steam Cleaning procedure, but he has carried out the same with normal cleaning procedure using chemical in the tub which I provided, and later on using my dishbar for cleaning. He said that he has not having any machine for steam cleaning procedure not hi company has informed this. For this matter UC has apologizes and said a simple word "sorry". But here the matter has not been completed, the professional was in such a attitude that he told me that I do say to customer " Ke kaam karana hai to karao nahi to me chala, kaam karunga apne hisaab se" and apart from it when at the end he has to connect the chimney pipe with the chimney, there was a slight gap between the chimney pipe and connection, so I told him to stretch the chimney pipe, but he simply denied by saying " Sir me to ye nahi kar paunga, aapse ho to aap karlo". It looks like he is the owner and I am the servant who is working with him. I am a regular user of UC but I have never seen such an arrogant guy in all my previous services from UC. Do not refer to this person for chimney cleaning at my home.
