Terrible experience- The technician said he wasn't provided a buffing machine by Urban Company, so the cleaning was done entirely by hand. No machine or deep-cleaning chemicals were used. The toilet seat cover was damaged during the service. The cleaning was average at best and could have been much better with proper equipment. He also repeatedly asked for a 5-star rating and suggested booking him directly in the future instead of through the UC app. Unprofessional behavior.
