What are the AMC charges?

We have a unique variable AMC plan where you pay only for the number of filter changes you need. Also, all AMC plans include unlimited free repair visits including spares cost. If you bought the TruWater Premium Smart Machine and you need only 1 filter change, it will cost you 2500, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 3,499 For TruWater Elite, 1 filter change - it will cost you 3200, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 4,199

How does TruWater machine help me reduce water wastage?

Machine comes with an extendable pipe to reuse water for other applications

What are the installation charges and what items are covered in installation?

a. The installation and installation kit is free. b. UC does not cover any electrical or plumbing costs during installation, c. If input pressure exceeds 30 PSI, please install a company provided pressure reducing valve at an additional cost, if pressure is below 10 PSI then you need to install ‘Pressure enhancing pump’ at an additional cost.

What is the maximum TDS for which TruWater purifier will work?

Upto 2000 TDS (above 2000 efficiency and life of membrane will decrease)

There is no TDS maintenance of the water purifier, consulted company customer care for the same, they said TDS can't be maintained and if u want u can return it from where u bought it. There is no digital user manual in the UC app. As mentioned in flipkart. I think the demo given by UC technician is incomplete.
