I am very disappointed with the facial service. The beautician did not know how to do basic steps like steaming, facial massage, or proper facial strokes. No time or care was given, and the service felt rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, there was unnecessary conversation during the session, which was distracting and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.
