Closed the service without installation and also charged extra 800 rupees..for spares.. I didn't get bill for that.

Ordered the service since the geyser wasn't turning on. Technician checked the power supply socket said it was fine, went ahead and took the geyser unit down and after finding no problem with geyser he checked the power socket again and deducted that's the issue.. He said he needed to get paid since he took down the geyser and charged 400 extra saying it's for service. Guy was polite enough so i didn't want to prolong the issue.I dont mind paying extra but he could've atleast actually serviced the geyser before putting it back if he anyways was going to charge.
