Installation & Fraud Concern: On the day of installation, the technician engaged in misleading and suspicious behavior. While checking the TDS, he appeared to manipulate the TDS meter by holding/adjusting it and sent incorrect input readings to the company. He assured us that the TDS would come down within 4–5 hours, which did not happen. Additionally, the technician was wearing a Kent company uniform, whereas the product belongs to Urban Company. This raises serious concerns about authenticity, service quality, and possible fraud.
