Y a customer has to ask that what was inside my box of filter: - RO - Water bottle - TDS Meter - Carry bag - Extra pipe - Some wrenches Y few things were kept aside near your bag not handed over to customers the soon the box was opened. How come you guys think of doing cheap things when a customer has already paid for it. If you want something for your daily work ask the company. Bloody y to irritate a 70 year old person. You are doing a good job respect the work you do and complete it properly when already I told you that kindly finish your work with patience and without troubling my parent. And do share your geo location when you said that you were standing for 45 mins outside my address. I also run a brand globally in the product n service industry but don't play with the emotions of people. Insaaniyat और ईमानदारी har kaam mein zaruri hai learn it, it can help you to become a better professional....

You can write it like this: Message I booked a slot for 11:00 AM on 24-05-2026, but the technician arrived at 5:30 PM. Also, the technician was talking with an attitude.

His behaviour was highly unprofessional and rude. He appeared to be in a hurry and did not properly check whether all the functions of the machine were working. He refused to answer my questions properly and did not provide satisfactory assistance. Overall, it was a very disappointing and pathetic experience. Please do not send this service person to my house again for any future service. I expect a more professional and responsible technician next time.

Good Technician. He explained everything clearly, like how to use and setup the app. Properly checked that everything was working fine. Service was two days late, but I understand the technician was busy. Overall, the work was very good. Thank you.
