Only the ro membrane came in a new package rest every other filter was just bubble wrapped. The technician very smartly took out a new packaged pre filter and along with it an unwrapped pre filter he faced the fall and replaced my old pre filter with the unwrapped one and kept back the new wrapped filter thinking I did not notice. This is absolute fraud your technicians are doing and shaming your brand. At the end he said maam the tds is 150 did not show me any readings and said it may get low but in this area it will probably stay 150 also didn't ask me to taste the water and simply left. What a service for 5000 rs. Great.
