The service was so bad I wish I could give less than 1. The cleaners were in a rush to clean, and did not follow a systematic order of cleaning i.e first cleaning the ceiling and cobwebs and then clean the downwards. They were rushing so much and cleaning everything in random order that the dust kept settling back. When I pointed out, the cleaners simply said that’s their process. They did not carry fresh microfibre towels with them, the rags they had were worn out and couldn’t clean properly also they did not properly separate cloths for cleaning the washroom and other areas , I literally found one guy using the same cloth for washroom and room walls. That is so disgusting and unhygienic. I had to keep nagging them to periodically wash the cloths and their hands. A lot of areas were missed which I had to constantly remind them to clean. The service delivered was subpar and amateurish our local house help could have done a better job. Everything had to be pointed out like not cleaning the below of faucets properly, missing areas for dusting and vacuuming, using dirty cloths for dusting leading to resettling of dust, use of improper chemicals leading to streaks on appliances. They did not even carry proper chemicals, the same spray bottle was being used for everything - stainless steel appliances, inside of kitchen cub boards etc. Literally every minor stain I pointed out was dismissed and refused to be cleaned by them as they said it cannot be removed, at the end I myself had to buy a stain remover from market and clean the stains myself. The filters of the vacuum were not maintained properly, whatever dust was being pulled in, was being exhausted out leading to fine layer of dust settlement after some time after each cleaning. Speaking of vacuum they did not even bring the proper attachments, there was only an upholstery tool which they used to clean pretty much everything, including the shelves leading to improper cleaning. There is a proper SOP of deep cleaning i.e fist apply chemical and let it sit for at-least 5 min to work, then clean with wet or used microfibre cloth, then again with a fresh dry one, and there are specific chemicals for specific use, this info can easily be accessed via Internet by anyone, but none of it was followed by them as a professional cleaner, they simply used one kind of spray bottle and same microfibre cloth that each one of them had everywhere. I’d suggest ignore the 5 star ratings as those who rated higher than max 2 star might not know how actually professional deep cleaning is done. At the end I had to re-do everything by myself after wasting so much money and time. Cherry on the top, they damaged the chimney while cleaning. Mine is a slanted one, and the guy simply said he worked on that kind of chimney the first time and did not knew how to properly clean it, basically knocked off the control panel behind the opening glass door. Seeing this I refused interior microwave cleaning and fridge cleaning as I thought it’s better I clean them myself later on before they cause any more damage. I’d suggest if appointed this professional reschedule and request for another one. On the top of that they tried to act over-smart by showing me the final quote with the total of services I refused (interior of fridge and microwave) and tried to scam and overcharge me. I had to connect with UC to get it adjusted as per the services opted and delivered.
