He is nice guy and good painter , Please provide him with better equipment to get the results, the customer is looking for..He is good but could be trained to make it better. I asked him , if I could provide equipment like a bigger roller for Aryclic or a spray painting machine. He is not trained for that.. How can be get more trained professional

1/5 Stars This was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Throughout the job, the painter argued on almost every concern that was raised. Instead of focusing on execution, there were repeated attempts to debate basic workmanship issues and even renegotiate aspects of the work after the quotation had already been agreed and the project had already started. One of my biggest concerns was the constant rush between stages. This project involved JK Wall Putty, Asian Paints Acrylic Primer and Asian Paints Royale Matte, which is marketed as a premium paint system. Despite that, the work appeared to be moving far too quickly between putty, primer and paint coats. I repeatedly had to intervene and insist on longer drying times because I was not comfortable with the speed at which successive coats were being applied. The final finish is also not up to the standard I expected from a premium painting service. One wall in particular still shows visible unevenness and repair-related imperfections. A customer paying premium rates should not have to accept a result where defects remain visible under normal viewing conditions. The cleanup was also incomplete. Dust, debris and painting residue were left behind. The furniture was not restored to its original position and the painter refused to return the next day to complete that part of the job. If the site had been properly cleaned and handed over, the furniture could have been repositioned the same day. Instead, we were forced to hire an external cleaning service at our own expense to clear the mess and make the room usable again. What made the experience significantly worse was Urban Company's handling of complaints. I had to raise an SOS complaint because of concerns during the project. After that, I received calls from multiple people and had to repeat the entire story over and over again. Despite all these conversations, there was no meaningful intervention. No supervisor visited the site. No physical inspection was carried out. No quality-control visit was arranged. No one took ownership of the issue. The original point of contact had apparently left the company, yet no replacement was proactively assigned. The most astonishing part was that Urban Company's idea of "inspection" turned out to be a video call at the very end of the project. By that stage the work was already complete. An end-of-project video call is not supervision, not monitoring and not quality control. It serves little purpose when concerns are being raised during the execution itself. I engaged Urban Company because I expected professional project management, supervision and accountability. Instead, I found myself personally monitoring the work, arguing over execution details, escalating complaints, repeating the same issues to multiple representatives and still receiving no on-site support. To make matters worse, during the project I was told by members of the painting team that Urban Company takes a very substantial commission from painting jobs. Whether that figure is accurate or not, the complete absence of supervision, inspection and accountability certainly raises questions about what value Urban Company is actually adding for the customer. For the amount charged, the lack of supervision, lack of accountability, poor complaint handling, inadequate cleanup and disappointing quality control were simply unacceptable. He should be blacklisted.
