Pathetic experience with Urban Company. I booked a deep cleaning service for my chimney, but the service was extremely disappointing. After the servicing, during the inspection, I found that the cleaning was incomplete, with oil and grease still present inside the chimney. I also noticed that one of the chimney bulbs was broken and its bulb cover was damaged. When I asked the technician about it, instead of taking responsibility, he told me to take money from him for the bulb and cover and buy the replacements from the market myself. This was completely unprofessional. The technician did not even bring the required equipment for the job. I had to provide everything he used during the service. The area where he worked was left in a complete mess. The sink/tub, floor, and surrounding area were covered with grease and dirt. Before he left, I checked everything and found that nothing had been cleaned. When I asked him to clean the area, he simply said that cleaning the work area was not part of the service and left without cleaning anything. To make matters worse, the chimney has started making unusual noise after the service, even though it was working perfectly before. I paid for a professional deep cleaning service but received poor workmanship, damaged parts, and an untidy work area. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend Urban Company to anyone based on this experience . I have the photo's and video
