The person who cleaned my chimney was hard working. But my assessment is that Urban Company has not trained him well. He has been with the company for 6 months and Inthink if you spend more time training him, he will be a far more efficient worker. The following are my observations: 1. He wanted to dismantle the entire chimney. In the last ten years no one who has cleaned our chimney wanted to take down the installed chimney. 2. He insisted that the fan inside needed to be opened.. he insisted that it had to be opened. Even if that is true, he was eventually not able to open it and said it is jammed because it hasn’t been cleaned for long. No chimney cleaner has ever said that. 3. We provided him hot water. He mixed the chemicals provided by the Company. The water was getting dirty very quickly. He argues with me when I repeatedly requested him to change the water. My repeated requests to change the water

He didn’t ask us to cover the floor and remove other items. It was messy, left our items dirty and permanent stains on the floor.
