I mistakenly chose 2bhk plan as Im having 2bhk house with 1 bed only. I wanted refund and chose 1 bhk plan but he was in very hurry and started working with same plan. I WANT REFUND AS WORK WAS DONE ON 1BED ONLY. Talking tone was unprofessional and uncourtious. For luggage removal from bed he was standing like statue and did not offer for help for even formality. Me and my wife did every thing anD he standing with sprayer just To spray. Never had SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE WITH URBANCLAP. ALSO IN APP NO WAY TO CONNECT WITH HUMAN.
