The guy came and directly said oh the bathroom is so dirty, and kept on making complaints during the job that the bathroom is old and stains won't go and all. We had booked once before the guy cleaned the washroom properly without saying anything. The job was really good. This guy had been complaining didn't clean properly anything, I had to rub off those stains later. And the bathroom was cleaned recently also, still he had so much problem doing a decent job

Came at around 2:10 PM that is 100 minutes after scheduled time, and had to cover deep cleaning of 3 bathrooms which 1hr 20 min each means should have taken 4 hours. At 4:30 he called me , when I checked the third bathroom was not even 20% clean and he said he tried everything but the floor is not getting any better. I spent 5 minutes before him with a harpic bathroom cleaner and brush and was able to clean the floor. He still was insisting on 5 star rating.
