Firstly, the service which was of 1hr20mins was finished in 50 minutes. Then I asked why he didn’t clean the dust from the walls and he asked for a broom to clean the dust after all cleaning was over. Secondly, all the surfaces were dripping wet. I asked him why they are not dry and he said he didn’t switch on the fan. I then gave him a new clean cloth to clean all the surfaces. He also put all products back on the wet surfaces which resulted in me having to remove and clean everything up again. Also the cleaning of the corner glass shelves were not up to the mark, and he put the bottles which were already greasy back on the clean shelves. I again had to remove them and clean the bottles one by one and place it back on the shelves. Also he didn’t take a picture of where all the products were kept before, so placed them randomly here and there. Shaving set was beside the toilet seat shelf instead of counter top beside basin etc. He didn’t touch the walls behind the door and they are still dusty along with stains on them and lizard dropping stuck to it. I’m highly, highly disappointed with such an “intense cleaning”. I have previously booked both classic as well as intense cleaning before and the professional who used to come was so good. But UC is not letting me book the old professionals and keep blocking their dates, because of guaranteed contracts with new employees. This is bringing the service quality down by a large margin. P.S. Editing to add that he didn’t clean the tiled walls at all! It’s still fully dusty and all stains are visible. I specifically asked him if he cleaned the walls or not and he lied and replied yes! I’m furious right now! I’m reducing the rating to 1 star.
