Very disappointed with the carpenter assigned for assembly. The bed came with all required hardware parts (as shown in the parts list), but after the carpenter left, I discovered that several slat parts — which should have been placed on top of the bed frame — were missing. It appears the carpenter has taken these parts, as they were clearly included in the original packaging and accounted for in the parts diagram. Now I am forced to order replacement parts at my own expense, which is completely unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this service. IKEA should take strict action against such behaviour to protect customers.
