I purchased the Urban Native M1. The installation technician who came was very knowledgeable and did his job well. He explained everything clearly and knew his work properly. However, I was surprised when he said that my water pressure was below 0 and insisted on installing a separate pressure booster, even though my water tank is already on the third floor. For this, I had to pay an additional ₹2500. I am not sure why this extra cost was necessary. Apart from this issue, the installation was done neatly and the technician’s work was good, but the unexpected pressure booster expense left me disappointed.
