Immediately after service by ur professional on 12th evening and he left I found that he has damaged something and water was leaking from the side of the machine. I called him back immediately and he agreed to come n attend. Yesterday when around 2.50 or so I missed his call and called him back immediately. He answered rudely and subsequently not picking call or answering the message. My machine is not working. This is the second time I faced same issue with service provider. They just come, see the machine and mention that they don’t know about this model. It old and they are not aware of spares availability. This is not acceptable, spares can be arranged if some one is willing to do service genuinely. I am just wasting my money, not at all happy. I had to call another local guy and get is corrected. I need my fees to be refunded. I suggest you should work on quality and capabilities of your service partners.
