Initially,Mr Saif pasha pas the agreed-upon price for the job was 4500, as quoted by the service worker. However, upon completion, the worker unilaterally changed the price to 51500 without prior notice or explanation. Moreover, I encountered issues with the UrbanClap app, through which I intended to make the payment, and despite explaining this to the worker, he insisted on immediate payment.
This situation escalated when the worker, accompanied by another individual, approached my residence in an aggressive manner, demanding payment relentlessly. Despite my attempts to explain my payment challenges and being a woman alone at home, they continued to harass me, creating a public scene that attracted the attention of my neighbors.
To exacerbate matters, a policeman arrived on the scene, but due to language barriers, effective communication was impossible. The entire ordeal was not only unprofessional but also highly distressing. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced such unacceptable behavior from your service providers.
I am deeply concerned about the conduct of your worker and the distressing events that unfolded. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and prompt action to address the unethical behavior and harassment I endured during this service.
If necessary, I am prepared to seek legal advice to understand my rights and options in this situation. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.
