I am not sure, if for such an issue there is not a resolution at home. Why did you guys send a technician, just to make easy money. Issue was literally what was in the service description. The technician came and just had a look and told us that they need to carry the TV to their store and repair it. And he said there is no other solution for such cases. Then whats the point of sending technician to home, if they can't resolve at home. Total waste of money. You guys feel customer grow money on trees, very disappointing.
