Was not able to provide the product details which was fixed, when asked for the bill was told bill not available he can only give bill from UC which still not received. UC support is also unprofessional the amount showing in app was different after the service got a call asking if the amount can be update when I asked why the amt was not updated and who approved I was told they will talk to the service person and get back which never happened. Overall worst service
