The professional didn’t seem to show any interest in actually diagnosing the problem. First, the day of the service he was more than 30min late. Second, upon arrival he simply declared that the fridge is dirty and the drainage pipe is clogged without even looking into the actual problem. Third, he asked us to defrost the fridge and leave it off overnight saying that he’ll come the next day to fix it. Which eventually he did nit come saying that he is running late from his previous job and will not be able to make it and said that he’ll come the next day around 7 because that’s when we were available. Fourth, the next day he called up early around 5 saying that he has some emergency, can he visit early as he won’t be able to come around 7. Upon telling him firmly that we are not available before 7 and if he can’t make it today also, I will cancel the service… he agreed to come around 7. Fifth, he was an hour late to arrive for the service and all he did was splash water through the freezer and cleaned it while moving the fridge around in the house and eventually damaging the side of it. Then he gave the excuse that our doors are smaller in size, other flats don’t have that problem. After so much of inconvenience we are not even sure if he actually fixed our fridge because the fridge is still not cooling.
