They should have started work in my presence, but by the time I went and closed the water line, they had removed the old mixer, broken a tile in the process and we're fixing the new one struggling and at time I felt that in their hurry they may do more damage to the old fittings. After they fitted the new shower mixer and shower me it's functioning they wanted the UC code which I have then. When I asked where the previous fitting was... he already had put it in his bag without asking me and then tells me... what will I do with the old one. However, I took it from him as these fellows are known to use them for other customers and charge them new prices. You need to tighten the controls more. The jib took hardly 10 mts for which I have been charged 477. Very expensive. I am not at all happy with the charges, the service personnel and the damage they have done to my tile. Who will pay for this?
