he gave wrong advice, he told to buy tools costing 5000 rs which is wrong , these ppl are out there fooling, previous experiences from urbanclap also was very bad. toilet service we booked he said the stain wont go and he didnt do the service and he was so rude and for for panel installation also wrong advice that guy gave and did it for 2 months dragging it. urbanclap near rajajinagar they provide such bad service, please try to fix it only this area these professionals are like that, urbanclap u will lose customers if u professionals are this bad.

Complaint: Job Marked as Completed Without Completion of Service I booked a chimney repair service through Urban Clap. The service person visited my home and collected chimney parts for repair, assuring that rat-protection pipe repair and chimney fitting would be completed after the required parts were ordered. An amount of ₹6,400 was collected as service charges, and I was clearly informed that the parts would take a few days and the technician would return the following week to complete the work. However, no one has returned for fitting the chimney or pipe repair, yet the Urban Clap app is incorrectly showing the job status as “Completed.” Additionally, the service person who visited is not responding to calls, and I am unable to raise this issue through the app, as there is no suitable option in the automated chat system for this problem. This is extremely concerning, as: - The service is incomplete - My chimney parts are still with the technician - The job is wrongly marked as completed - I have no way to communicate through the app I request Urban Clap to urgently intervene, arrange immediate completion of the pending work, or initiate a refund with return of my chimney parts. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

The bill does not seem like an original GST one. It was not updated in Urban company app. Online prices seem lesser. Might be better to have urban company list all parts and it's prices.
