The carpenter did not bring all the necessary tools to achieve the intended outcomes. The time minimum estimation is 30 minutes for both minor repair and major repair, but he completed the repair work for both doors in 32 minutes without proper completing and cleaning. However he charged 279*2 for 32 minutes of work. The Urban Company should to establish a minimum timeframe for both minor and major door repairs and should refrain from permitting carpenters to reclassify minor repairs as major repairs in the absence of substantial work. Furthermore, the visiting charges should not be set at Rs. 149 without the execution of any work.
