I would like to report the extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour of Bikram Sethi - The plumber assigned to my request. I had called him to inspect a slow water flow issue, which I suspected was due to dust or debris in the tap washer. There were two taps to be checked: one at the wash basin, which he fixed correctly, and the main bathing tap that has both hot and cold water options. The hot water flow from this tap was slow but functional, and I was managing with it. The plumber stated that the issue could be fixed by removing the geyser knob and attempted to do so. Despite multiple attempts, he was unsuccessful. I then asked him to leave it as it was, since the water was at least flowing earlier. However, after his intervention, the hot water stopped completely. When I pointed out that this was not the original condition, he outright denied responsibility and falsely claimed that the tap was already in the same state. He refused to acknowledge his mistake, raised his voice, continued to argue, and eventually left without resolving the issue, making the situation worse than before. I would like UC to investigate this matter urgently and report the behavioural problem of this person.
