She did utensils cleaning very slow just to consume all time in one task only and that too left many utensils partially cleaned. And then during sweeping looked at her phone again and again and shouted at me in a very bad manner saying i will not complete the job and left all remaining tasks incomplete. When I asked her to continue the job till the time is completed she threatened me saying that “ Jo karna he karlo, I will not complete the job and ran away instantly . She is literally a badtameez & illiterate lady who doesn’t know how to behave with a customer. She should be fired from urban company else may get into major trouble by any other customer due to her behaviour.

At my home puja, she was in period, which was not at all acceptable, she could inform so i can cancelled her, but she didnt , she didn't inform she is in peiod , even she did mess bathroom, kept red blood in bathroom, and messed all bathroom, really so worst services. I can share photo also

Excellent work done by Mrs. Baby Kumari . The only thing was that her services had been booked at 2 houses at the same time (2.15 pm) by the Urban company, so she was 1.5 hours late at my place. The company should take note of this glitch, while taking bookings, and kindly see to it that this doesn't repeat.
