Refused to listen to my mother’s instructions. Very very disappointed with the service. The personnel displayed male chauvinism and had a complete disregard for instructions given by my mother. Despite charging a bomb, the behaviour of the personnel were not upto the mark. Such people who refuse to listen to women should be sacked. Anyway, Will not be using UC services again. Horrible to say the least. Will also spread the word about this pathetic service from UC with my family, friends and relatives so that no one in my extended network uses UC services again. Very very very very bad experience.
