I had a great experience with the technician. He not only helped me select the right product but also ensured the entire solution was completed perfectly from start to finish. His approach was thorough, professional, and solution-oriented, saving me both time and hassle. What stood out most was his polite and respectful manner while working—he patiently explained the process and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing services.

He arrived late. Not provided the required parts.I have to roam around to find the required extension parts. He called be and talked to me very rudely. He misbehaved with my mother.Demanded extra money.Highly unprofessional in his approach and behaviour.Never expected such kind of behaviour from urban company pulmers.
