He was not interested in cleaning. We had to insist him for deep cleaning as we had a previous experience of equipments used in cleaning. He continuously tried to convince that few steps are not necessary. Incomplete cleaning, still dark patches, spots are there. Very bad experience from UC. He was in a hurry. His target was to anyhow complete the job and run awa

Tap chrome polish has got scratches after service. Tiles have water stains. Which is why he was asked to revisit and fix. Was adamant that there was nothing wrong with his initial service. Called twice, (even after we refused), insisting on coming earlier than scheduled because he had other bookings. When we insisted on cleaning in front of us, he was able to remove the same stains. Tiles still have grime even after 2nd attempt. But I gave up, finally. Can't go on arguing with him just to get a simple job done. Have never faced such bad behavior and quality of service from UC. Shocked and disappointed.Who will pay for the scratches on my tap and shower head? How datr you send inexperienced stafg????
