I am extremely disappointed with the party makeup service provided by Urban Company. The beautician who came, Pinku, used very cheap, local products with no proper branding. Even after applying makeup fixer spray, the makeup started coming off almost immediately and didn't last for the event. I had high-end makeup (like MAC) at home, and I completely regret booking this service. Urban Company claims to use premium and original brands, but this service provided by Pinku was a total waste of time and money. I request the team to look into this issue immediately, take action against the quality provided, and arrange a resolution.

She has done an excellent work for my mother and aunt in saree draping and hairstyling. We would love to have her service again in future.
