Meena was very friendly and communicative. She explained the process and products as she kept using. My eyes were closed so I purely went by trust. She used a detan pack which she said was Rs 550 extra. She asked me to pay Rs 450 because she was 30min late for the appointment. I paid accordingly and hope that pack works. I don’t see any different yet and it’s been almost a day. Another point to note, all technicians are on the phone during their idle time and so was Meena. She has to do my scalp massage and face massage, I could say by the way she was doing especially the scalp message that she was focused on her phone. During such services having a phone around is also a security concern for the client. They cannot have access to phone or take calls while attending to a client. We are usually wrapped in a robe, eyes closed so a security concern always exists. We totally trust the technicians but professionals usually keep their phones away
