The concern has not been resolved 100%. The professional left home to buy products twice/first time came back with in few minutes and he agreed that there is still leakage it need to changed again and left home and came back after 3 hours. Once he was back he did not bought the product for which he left the home and said this is working fine.i am not happy with the service, for just one drain gasket he charged 480.

Excellent service from Urban Company! The technician was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with my washing machine’s spin motor and repaired it efficiently. The machine is working perfectly now. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it to other's.
